Patricii (‘A Latin Narrative of the Life and Miracles of St.
Patrick’), written 1186 for John de Courcy and based on the Book
of Armagh; emphasises miracles; and published in Thomas Massingham, Florilegum
Insulae Sanctorum Hiberniae (Paris 1624), of which the original, along
with David Rothe’s ‘Distinction of Purgatories’, is held
