NOTE. poss. author of The Ghost of Walter (1798), a poem that includes
reference to the French invasion of 1798. An MS note in the National Library
of Ireland copy attests that it had an author of this name (cited in D.
J. O’Donoghue, Poets of Ireland, 1912).
